The ReaktorX accelerator is organized in the Eurovision format. Both early-stage startups and startups with initial validation and/or completed prototypes can apply.

During the program, enrolled startups are evaluated, receive points, and the winner of the Popular Vote Award at Demo Night becomes the host country for the next acceleration program.

What ReaktorX offers:

  • The accelerator provides pre-seed funding of 25,000 euros, supporting your entrepreneurial journey with initial funding in exchange for 5% equity.
  • It grants 75,000 euros in discounts and cloud credits, offering startups essential resources for efficient scaling.
  • Instant access to other founders, including Unicorn founders from the European Economic Community (CEE), and guidance from industry experts.
  • No workshops, courses, or masterclasses, as ReaktorX believes in practical guidance.
  • Promotes international collaboration and organizes key events, including the opening week and Demo Night, held in a different CEE country each year.

Following the ReaktorX tradition, the Popular Vote Award winner at Demo Night becomes the host country for the next series. This year, the program takes place in Poland, as The Linghos (an AI speech therapy game for children) won the competition in 2023.

In 2023, 245 startups from 12 countries applied to the program. This year, they expect even more startups to apply. The top 5 startups from 5 different countries will be selected.

"It is anticipated to be a challenging year in terms of funding, but we see it as an opportunity. Only the most resilient startups survived in 2023, and we hope to see many applicants from the previous round, as well as new startups and teams. The world has changed so much in the last two years, and we are confident that there is still untapped potential," stated Luca Știrbăț, CEO of ReaktorX.

ReaktorX is searching for founders from CEE. Thus, startups from the entire region, including Romania, Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Ukraine, North Macedonia, Albania, Moldova, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia, can apply.

They are looking for founders with experience, either academic or practical, in their first year of activity, serial entrepreneurs on their second, third, or fourth attempt with valuable lessons from previous businesses, visionaries with a solution for the global market, and startups with initial validation and/or completed prototypes.

The application period closes on January 15.

How to apply to ReaktorX:

The ReaktorX team will evaluate the application on a scale of 1 to 10. The top 40 selected teams will move on to the next phase and will be invited to a 10-15 minute call, where the selection committee will decide on the top 5 startups.
