I am a Partner at Fortech Ventures, a venture capital fund that will start soon investing in early-stage technology companies developing innovative products with global potential. Beyond venture investing, I am strongly committed to promoting women’s leadership in business and finance, as well as supporting the further development of Romanian IT companies, an industry now at a pivotal stage in its organic evolution. In this respect, I serve as board member at Crafting Software and Level 20 CEE Romania.
With a background spanning private equity, venture capital, and corporate restructuring, I bring both strategic and operational expertise to entrepreneurs navigating complex growth journeys. My overarching goal is to foster robust, inclusive economic landscapes in emerging markets, where diverse founders and leaders have the resources and support to scale their vision into global success stories.
