What is Scale Up by Endeavor

Scale Up by Endeavor is a six-month founder-focused program built around one core objective: helping entrepreneurs move through the next stage of growth with greater clarity, stronger strategic decision-making, and access to a trusted international network.

The program combines tailored diagnostics, one-to-one mentorship, curated founder sessions, and direct access to Endeavor’s global community of entrepreneurs, operators, and investors across 45+ markets.

Through the experience, founders work directly with international mentors and peers who have scaled companies across emerging and international ecosystems, gaining practical exposure to the operational, organizational, and strategic realities that come with expansion.

"Through the Scale Up program, we bring founders together with mentors, investors, and global expertise, creating the connections and support needed to accelerate their international expansion and further position Romania as a growing hub for innovation", Mihnea Craciun, Managing Director, Endeavor Romania.

Partners of the program

The program is powered by UniCredit Bank and supported by UiPath and Mastercard, alongside Endeavor Romania’s local network of partners and board members, including Dedeman, Globalworth, Banca Transilvania, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), RTPR, Centrico, eMAG, eMAG Ventures, and EY.

"Scaling a business is never a solitary pursuit; it is a journey fueled by strategic collaboration. Through the «Scale Up by Endeavor» program, UniCredit is investing with conviction in the next generation of global leaders", Mihaela Lupu, CEO UniCredit Bank Romania

What the 2026 Program Includes

For the third edition, participating founders will receive access to:

  • Deep-dive diagnostic sessions and personalized strategic roadmaps designed around each company’s growth challenges and priorities;
  • Tailored one-to-one mentorship sessions with experienced founders, operators, and investors from the Endeavor network;
  • Peer-to-peer sessions focused on open conversations around scaling challenges, operational bottlenecks, leadership, hiring, expansion, and organizational design;
  • Bootcamp and workshops covering critical scale-up topics including go-to-market execution, internationalization, team alignment, capital readiness, and sustainable growth;
  • Starting with this edition, the program is also introducing a buddyship system, through which program alumni will guide new participants throughout the experience and help them integrate more naturally into a global community built around shared experience, mutual support, and the ambition to scale internationally.

With a 100% NPS, the program has a participation fee of EUR 2,500 per company, covering access to Endeavor’s network, mentorship, strategic guidance, and founder programming throughout the six-month journey.

Eligibility Criteria

The program is designed for companies already demonstrating strong market traction and scaling potential. To be eligible, companies must:

  • Be high-growth - demonstrating fast growing by doubling turnover over the past 2 years;
  • Have robust turnover - demonstrated traction, typically reflected in annual revenue above €500K or strong, accelerated growth trajectory;
  • Prove international presence - demonstrated ability to operate on a global scale, by having at least one client outside of Romania.

Building on Two Previous Cohorts

The third edition builds on the momentum of the program’s first two cohorts, which together brought into the Endeavor Romania community founders building across fintech, enterprise software, AI, developer infrastructure, healthcare, mobility, cybersecurity, SaaS, and future-of-work verticals.

The first two cohorts’ alumni are: BrightSpaces, Finqware, Finverity, Kinderpedia, Plant an app, Pluria, RepsMate, Spark Generation, Fagura, Lendox, LICENSEWARE, MeetGeek, Profluo, Questo, Rayscape, Symphopay.

Collectively, companies participating in the second edition have gone through over a hundred hours of one-to-one mentorship sessions, international introductions, strategic working sessions, and peer exchanges designed to accelerate learning and compress scaling cycles.

The 2026 edition also reflects a more mature alumni layer within the community, with former participants returning as buddies and peer mentors throughout the program journey.

Selected companies will begin the program in September 2026, following a selection process involving interviews with Endeavor Romania’s team, mentors, and board members.
