A new €35M venture fund, Aneli Capital, has just launched in Vilnius, Lithuania, with a mandate to back high-growth startups across the Baltics and CEE. The fund will focus on ICT, photonics, robotics, space, and energy, and plans to make 20 investments in the first five years.
