Siena raises $17M Series A to expand its Agent of Record platform for consumer brands

Siena, the AI-driven customer experience platform trusted by hundreds of leading consumer brands to automate customer interactions and turn them into meaningful relationships, today announced the close of a $17 million Series A led by York IE, with participation from Joyance Ventures and existing investors Aglaé Ventures and Sierra Ventures. This investment brings Siena’s total funding to $29.7 million.
