In collaboration with Startup Norway, Innovation Norway, Bitdefender, and Google for Startups, StepFWD seeks to gather comprehensive insights from startup founders, teams, and facilitators such as accelerators and community leaders. The focus is on crystallizing an understanding of diversity's progression since last year and unveiling actionable insights for nurturing a culture of inclusivity.

The aspirations for this year’s report are grounded in practicality; the goal is to compile a data-driven narrative that can guide startups and facilitators in enhancing diversity practices and addressing prevalent challenges like harassment. The outcomes are aimed at informing industry best practices and enriching the startup ecosystem, ensuring synergy between broader business goals and the genuine experiences of startups
