Mihai Cepoi, Jobful, on growing a startup: “Glory is not consistent enough to keep you going” 

Mihai Cepoi wanted to create a business to feel that he’s “in the driver’s seat”, and ended up creating a HR-tech startup while bringing a different work environment to his own business, different than the one in the corporations he and his colleagues had worked before. His story and that of Jobful, the startup he ended up founding based on an idea from a customer, is one that emphasizes the human and relational complexities behind the scenes of having a business.
