Fil Rouge Capital expands to Romania. Matei Dumitrescu Joins as Local Venture Partner
Croatian venture capital fund Fil Rouge Capital (FRC) launches its latest €60 million venture capital fund (FRC3) and is officially expanding its footprint to Romania. As part of this move, Matei Dumitrescu, startup investor, founder of the Institute of Excellence in Entrepreneurship (idEA), becomes Venture Partner (and LP) for Romania.
